WM-data Novo applies for delisting of its shares

WM-data AB (publ) has initiated compulsory acquisition and arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act on January 21, 2004 to acquire all the shares in WM-data Novo Plc. As a consequence of the acquisition proceedings, WM-data Novo Plc has today filed an application with the Helsinki Exchanges for the delisting of the company's shares from the Helsinki Exchanges. WM-data Novo Plc requests in its application that its shares be delisted by the and of April 2004 or as soon as possible after WM-data AB (publ) has received title to all shares in WM-data Novo Plc. In addition, it is WM-data Novo Plc's intention to separately apply for the delisting of its 2001 A and B options.
